Speak

Propose a talk.

Twenty minutes. Show the thing you built, what it cost, what broke, and what you would do again. First-time speakers are welcome and get a prep call with an organizer.

What we look for
  1. Production, not demo. Something real people use, or a serious attempt that failed.
  2. Code on screen. Prompts, evals, traces, architecture. Not a vendor pitch.
  3. One clear takeaway. Something the room can try on Monday.
