Short and plain.

Free events run by volunteers. AI Engineer Omaha is an independent community chapter. Meetups are free. We may cancel or move a meetup; RSVPs get an email when that happens.

Seats. An RSVP holds one seat. If you cannot come, cancel so the next person on the waitlist gets it. Repeated no-shows may lose RSVP priority.

Conduct. Attendance means you agree to the code of conduct.

Talks. Speakers keep the rights to their material and give the chapter permission to record and publish the talk unless they opt out before it starts.

Liability. You attend at your own risk. The organizers and the venue are not liable for loss or injury beyond what the law requires.
